Introduction

Sri Bintang Education describes a refund policy for different offerings on its website and asks customers to follow the relevant request channel.

General provisions

  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice, must be presented to initiate a refund request.
  • Refund requests should be made through the channel where the purchase was made.
  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

Courses, workshops, and digital products

  • Course or workshop requests made at least 14 days before the start date are listed as eligible for full refund.
  • Requests made 7 to 13 days before the start date are listed as eligible for 50% refund.
  • Requests made less than 7 days before the start date are listed as not eligible for refund.
  • Digital products, once downloaded or accessed, are listed as non-refundable due to their intangible nature.

School programme refund

The Wix policy says K-12 fully structured school programme refunds are based on Sri Bintang Academy's official Refund and Withdrawal Policy. This must be reviewed against the current official document before production.

Processing and contact

Approved refund requests are listed as processed within 14 working days. The current Wix source contains a placeholder customer service email, so contact details must be confirmed before production.
